Refund and Returns Policy
At Sticky World we want customers to feel confident purchasing our products. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30 day change of mind return policy for eligible items.
To qualify for a change of mind return, the item must:

Be unused and unopened

Be in its original packaging

Not be tampered with or altered in any way

Be returned in the same condition it was received

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Customers must contact Sticky World within 30 days of receiving their order to request a return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sticky World recommends using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Assessment
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
If the product does not meet the return conditions outlined above, the return may be refused and the item may be sent back to the customer.
If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
